Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture information through the customer SAP database, delivering a high level of customer service while promoting arenaflex's brand
  • Provide accurate information to customers, advising on products, and managing orders, refunds, and replacements
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy environment, enjoying a mix of office and remote work
  • Provide relief reception cover as and when required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* Prior experience within a Customer Service environment from an FMCG industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with a flair for influencing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable, but training will be provided
