Job Summary

As a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will work from home, using our state-of-the-art technology and tools to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use our customer service software to track and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, to match customer demand
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6am to 8pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Initial four/five weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
