Responsibilities
As a Chat Operations Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Serving thousands of daily messages and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
- Supervising the recruiting, hiring, and managing of a remote/office team (TBD)
- Developing conversation scripts and implementing them through our chat-bots
- Providing guidance and support to our chat operators
- Managing our live chat platform, including assisting in recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote team
- Developing and implementing continuous customer experience and service across the board
- Building and matching supply and demand with a live, 24/7 business
Skillset Required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in expanding and growing a team in digital operations on a global scale
- Experience in consumer-facing customer experience and service role is essential
- A good understanding of astrology is an advantage along with a keen interest in the products and services in the world of astrology (if you feel like a good fit – don’t worry about the knowledge as we could provide you with the training)
- A technical and analytics-driven operations leader
