Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. With full training provided, you'll be able to start working right away and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer problems and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
- Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Closely follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
