The Role

As a Customer Care Professional - Commercial & Merchant Servicing ID-1988, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our UK merchant customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone and cases, offering unique solutions, and managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals. Your role will be a mix of phone-based and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent levels of service to arenaflex's UK merchant customers

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions and issues via phone and cases
• Own issues to the point of resolution
• Offer merchant customers unique solutions
• Manage a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
• Spend 80% of your time on phone-based activities and 20% on administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

* Passionate about providing excellent customer service

• Computer literate to an intermediate level
• Organized, diligent, with attentive listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day workloads
• Outstanding multi-tasking skills with a flexible approach to daily tasks
• Problem-solving mindset
• Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
