Experienced Customer Assistant – Online Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

If so, we want to hear from you! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Assistant to join our Online department, where you'll play a vital role in selecting and packing orders for our customers. As a Customer Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their online shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll work closely with our team to select and pack orders, using our technology to find products in the store and prepare them for delivery or collection. You'll also be trained across various departments, including replenishment and service, to provide support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Select and pack orders for online customers, using our technology to find products in the store

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Be trained across various departments, including replenishment and service, to provide support where needed
  • Use a range of equipment while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using technology to drive results
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an online order fulfillment or customer service role

  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with our technology systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
