Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, helping them to find the right products and services for their needs
• Working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us to deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing
• Developing your practical problem-solving skills alongside your ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Working on a rota basis, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair

• Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
