Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Entering data into database software and ensuring the accuracy of the data
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Coordinating with production planners on daily RM and verifying during receiving
- Identifying problems as they arise and informing the supervisor of deviations in process data, quantity yield, etc.
- Performing any other assignments as required by the production supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into database software
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Coordinate with production planners on daily RM and verify during receiving
- Identify problems as they arise and inform the supervisor of deviations in process data, quantity yield, etc.
- Perform any other assignments as required by the production supervisor
- Work weekends, public holidays, and long hours as required
- Work in a working environment with a temperature range of 15°C or lower when required
Essential Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, preferably in the food processing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally
- Basic skills in English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP system
