Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns promptly and courteously. You will engage with customers remotely to assist in navigating our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience. You will also stay updated on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers remotely to assist in navigating our products and services

  • Effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
