As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working in a collaborative and engaging environment to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service through active listening
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive
• Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
• Providing support for Health Care Providers
• Researching benefit information
• Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research
• Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months Customer service experience preferred
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

• Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN

• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
