Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits to resolve complex issues related to network infrastructure, desktop applications, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues using various tools and resources, including web information sites and internal databases.
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data entry operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including client/server architecture.
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP.
- Experience with cloud-based services and software.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
