Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and chats from healthcare providers, members, and health plans in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • Communicating effectively with callers to understand their needs and provide relevant information
  • Utilizing arenaflex proprietary systems to look up caller information and provide timely responses
  • Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Managing time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all legal and compliance requirements
  • Completing all arenaflex and CSS trainings timely
  • Attending weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
  • Responding to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Complying with all policies and standards

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to utilize and maneuver in multiple systems during a single interaction

  • The ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Primarily sedentary work, with the ability to sit for long periods of time
  • The ability to see, speak, and hear other personnel and/or objects
  • The ability to communicate both in verbal and written form
  • The ability to travel within and around the facility or Work from Home (WFH) environment
  • The ability to use a telephone, computer keyboard, and mouse
  • The ability to lift up to 10 lbs

Environmental Conditions

This role is based in a Work-from-Home (WFH) environment, requiring a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed).
