Responsibilities

As a Customer Contact Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing patient information and support program services through inbound and outbound contacts, including calls, live chat, and email.
  • Managing and responding to inquiries using telephony and virtual platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Delivering product messages and educational materials to enhance the patient experience, promoting a deeper understanding of our services.
  • Reporting adverse events and ensuring compliance with approved processes, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Offering emotional support to patients while refraining from providing medical advice, demonstrating empathy and compassion in every interaction.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all communications and activities, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including call handling and quality scores, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Participating in required training and sales meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma; one or two years of advanced education or a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience utilizing a telephony platform is required.
  • Customer service experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to demonstrate tact and patience in every interaction.
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking to resolve patient challenges, providing creative solutions and support.
  • Demonstrated customer and conflict resolution skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
