The Role

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Offsite Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll ensure they have a seamless and positive experience by providing timely and efficient chat-based support. This full-time, hourly position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response times and resolution rates.
