Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, chats, and emails in a busy office setting. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a variety of calls, including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, and more

  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues, provide updates, and promote services
  • Respond to chat requests online, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
  • Respond to website inquiries for appointments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Enter and maintain customer data within our system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments efficiently and effectively
  • Cross-train to assist in supporting other office functions, expanding your skill set and versatility
  • Demonstrate urgency in handling each call, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness in every interaction

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated listening and written/verbal communication abilities
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls
