Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the support they receive
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate them to senior representatives when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of available hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to choose your own hours within client and contract hours of operation. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring that you're able to meet your commitments and achieve your goals.

Earnings and Revenue

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on the client and contract you're working with. You can expect to earn between $14 and $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on Omni and client minimum targets. Your revenue will be determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn more by meeting and exceeding performance targets.

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
  • Smartphone needed for daily authentication

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure that you're able to provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • Quiet and dedicated work area
  • No background noise

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you'll be required to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers' compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
