Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Administrative Data Clerk to join our team, responsible for accurately entering and managing data, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is essential in maintaining our data integrity and supporting our administrative functions. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Administrative Data Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and organization of electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Performing regular data audits and corrections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Generating reports and summaries from data as requested, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between team members.
  • Collaborating with other team members to streamline data processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, maintaining the trust and respect of clients and colleagues.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success and growth of arenaflex.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
