Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via chat, and selling shipping containers using our software. You'll have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system. With daily training and support from our experienced sales managers and mentors, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from the company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
