The Role

As a Home Office Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in our Administrative team, providing exceptional customer service and support via chat. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally through chat in English, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction, leveraging your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
