Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Data Entry & Online Order Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, supporting online order processes, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. As a key member of our remote team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of one of the world's largest and most trusted retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update customer and order information into arenaflex databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Online Order Processing: Process online orders efficiently, verifying all details and ensuring timely completion.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability via email or chat support, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data entry or order fulfillment.
  • Data Confidentiality: Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex policies on information security.
  • Quality Control: Perform daily checks to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
  • High-Volume Support: Provide support during high-volume periods such as holiday seasons or promotional events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support; prior experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
