Schedule & Work Environment

As a Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist, you'll work a flexible evening schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. EST. This role is designed to be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be required to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and be available at your computer for the full shift.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all incoming calls and return missed calls promptly with professionalism, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Responding to customer messages across phone, email, and live chat, providing knowledgeable support for orthopedic products, including fitting guidance and product recommendations.
  • Processing and managing digital orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition.
  • Performing ongoing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization, particularly during call downtimes.
  • Maintaining clear communication with team members and management regarding customer issues and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in the orthopedic bracing or DME industry, with hands-on knowledge of brace types, brands, and fitting techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical billing/coding (L-codes) and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Experience in O&P clinics, chiropractic or orthopedic offices, or medical equipment suppliers highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and multiple web-based systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable computer with internet access.
