Job Summary

In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing processes through arenaflex Business. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs within the commercial sector and providing relevant solutions through arenaflex Business. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption and satisfaction, educate customers on arenaflex Business features, and identify new opportunities for customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Understand customer needs within the commercial sector and provide relevant solutions through arenaflex Business, ensuring that customers receive tailored support to enhance their purchasing processes.

  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption and satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the growth of arenaflex's B2B services.
  • Education and Training: Educate customers on arenaflex Business features such as bulk purchasing, analytics tools, and integration with procurement systems, ensuring that customers are equipped to maximize the benefits of arenaflex Business.
  • Opportunity Identification and Implementation: Identify new opportunities for customer growth and work cross-functionally to implement solutions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of arenaflex Business services, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Metrics and Goals: Meet or exceed defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B sales or account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer advisory or account management role, with a focus on commercial sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights, and knowledge of e-commerce and procurement systems.
  • Abilities: Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving customer requirements, and familiarity with commercial procurement practices and systems.

Working Hours and Environment

Full-time Position: Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs, with typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary based on location).
