The Role

As an Offsite Email Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving product or service-related questions and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Assisting customers in resolving product or service-related questions and concerns
  • Providing accurate and detailed information to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
