Job Summary

As an Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our customers as they transition to our software solutions. This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert our software for customers, while also supporting current customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-ups from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel to customer sites to install and convert our software, providing comprehensive training and support to key dealership personnel

  • Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and requirements, and customize the system accordingly
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using our software solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation and support of our software solutions
  • Support current customers through phone, email, and in-person visits, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Prepare for future trips by reviewing customer requirements, updating training materials, and coordinating logistics
  • Conduct follow-up visits with recently installed customers to ensure they're achieving their goals and provide ongoing support as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, education)

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with software implementation and training

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its challenges
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's software solutions and products
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., customer service, sales, marketing)
  • Fluency in multiple languages
