Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support specialist with a strong background in firearms, including handguns and rifles. As a Mod Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone, ticket, and chat channels. You'll work on a variety of projects, including those related to the firearms industry, and have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, ticket, and chat channels

  • Utilize strong research skills to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base
  • Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon
  • Work with direct, daily client interactions and feedback
  • Stay organized and dependable, with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)

  • Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project
  • Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base
  • Multitasking skills, with the ability to work across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required)

* Work from home with flexible schedules

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
