Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer support specialist with a strong background in firearms, including handguns and rifles. As a Mod Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone, ticket, and chat channels. You'll work on a variety of projects, including those related to the firearms industry, and have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, ticket, and chat channels
- Utilize strong research skills to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base
- Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon
- Work with direct, daily client interactions and feedback
- Stay organized and dependable, with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple workflows
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)
- Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project
- Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes
- Strong research skills, with the ability to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to work across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required)
Work Environment
* Work from home with flexible schedules
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
