Job Description

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice that helps our consumers share their stories with our Accredited Brands. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to verified consumers, conducting high-quality phone interviews to capture detailed, authentic stories that power our review platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, comfortable using technology (especially AI tools), and committed to delivering a positive consumer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct quality phone reviews with verified consumers to capture detailed, authentic stories that power our review platform

  • Establish a positive rapport with every consumer, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive consumer experience in every interaction
  • Meet minimum word count for published reviews and required metrics for dials and reviews
  • Prepare Calling report on assigned days and update Review Center Dashboard on assigned week
  • Complete Monthly Recording highlights for auditing and performance management
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting for transcription & moderation and correct/update needed contact information to ensure timely transcription/moderation

Monthly/Weekly Expectations

* Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics, including dials, reviews, and word count

  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer outreach and review processes

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with consumers and colleagues alike
  • Proficiency in using technology, including AI tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including AI tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in outbound customer service or sales

  • Familiarity with consumer review platforms or similar industries
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working in a hybrid remote environment
