Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growing healthcare service operations. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving pharmacy and benefit inquiries, and educating customers on tools, services, and options available to them. This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with benefit-related questions: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. - Research and resolve pharmacy or claims concerns: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to pharmacy or claims, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. - Document interactions accurately in arenaflex systems: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and stored securely. - Educate customers on tools, services, and options available to them: Provide customers with clear and concise information about the services and tools available to them, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare. - Work collaboratively to meet performance goals in a virtual setting: Collaborate with your team to achieve performance goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction and service quality are consistently met.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Basic computer literacy and comfort with remote technology: You should be comfortable using remote technology and have basic computer literacy skills. - Prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare preferred: While prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's lives. - Must reside in or near Austin, TX, and be eligible to work in the U.S.: You must reside in or near Austin, Texas, and be eligible to work in the United States.
