Job Overview

The Product Manager will have responsibility for helping our team identify and understand trends in the data center ecosystems and support those trends with the appropriate promotions, collateral and various internal functions to ensure a seamless transition from NPI to order delivery. In addition, this the Product Manager will support roadmap, build relationships with key customers, and communicate our product portfolio to the customer base. This role requires strong strategic thinking, ability to work across regions and a strong proactive work ethic. This role must closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to gain alignment and drive the successful execution of the product roadmaps and other initiatives. 

What your background should look like:

1. 10+ years of product management, sales, business development, or other relevant experience. 2. Relevant product or industry experience desired.  3. 4-year technical or business degree required.  4. Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant experience preferred.  5. Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts.  6. Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of product strategies and relevant business plans with the ability to execute.  7. Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, high-paced environment.  8. Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.  9. Experienced leader with an ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships both internally and externally.  10. Advanced presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding and acknowledgment of critical information both up and down the organization.

COMPENSATION •    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $163,800 – $245,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location) •    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. •    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
