- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline management
- Quote, present, and close P&C and Life policies using a consultative sales approach
- Conduct policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Convert both warm and cold leads into long-term clients
- Maintain a high level of activity and consistent sales production
- Track pipeline, sales metrics, and performance to exceed goals
- Deliver a strong customer experience while maintaining a sales-first mindset
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (REQUIRED)
- Recent State Farm agency experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong ability to close business and handle objections confidently
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working fully remote
- High level of accountability with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
