- Develop, lead, and continuously refine enterprise sales strategies that support overall business objectives and strengthen market position.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Provide strategic leadership to cross‑functional teams to design and implement commercial initiatives that improve go‑to‑market effectiveness.
- Oversee pricing strategy, dealer and partner programs, and commercial incentives to drive profitable growth and strengthen channel relationships.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, adjusting direction as needed to ensure results and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure strategies are translated into executable plans, processes, trainings and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align go‑to‑market plans, messaging, and product launches with strategic priorities.
- Coach and mentor senior sales leaders, sales operations, and product teams to enhance strategic thinking, effectiveness, and execution.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on sales growth, market expansion, and commercial investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales leadership, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams through significant change.
