Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and processing online wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time (if working in a warehouse or retail environment)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Faire or Fashiongo, or other e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping procedures and protocols
- Sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
