Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
