The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who combines relationship depth with a commercial mindset. This role is directly responsible for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts. Success here depends on consistently getting customer meetings, listening deeply, and following through to drive outcomes. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning renewals end-to-end and driving expansion by proactively managing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Consistently scheduling and leading customer meetings to maintain engagement, uncover needs, and advance opportunities.
  • Ensuring disciplined follow-through on action items, keeping deals and renewals on track.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to pharma customers, aligning our solutions to their strategic goals.
  • Leading customer onboarding and training sessions to drive adoption and long-term retention.
  • Sharing customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and strategy.
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and revenue opportunities in Salesforce.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three (3) years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role in Pharma, SaaS or life sciences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record in renewals, upsells, or account growth.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, with ability to operate with clarity in ambiguous, urgent, and high-stakes contexts.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting.
  • Curiosity to deeply understand customer needs and how our products align.
  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce Preferred).
