Job Summary

As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. You'll process medical record requests, document information in multiple platforms, and work in a high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, comfortable with handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
