The Role

As a Head of Customer Success, you will lead a high-performing team of 8-10 professionals in supporting our largest manufacturer partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of customer success professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship growth with key partners
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive value and growth in these critical relationships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform commercial strategy and development priorities
  • Traveling up to 25% to clients for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions, building strong trust and rapport
  • Gathering feedback to inform our commercial strategy and development priorities
  • Assisting in outlining and reviewing team-created materials for client-facing presentations
  • Continuously iterating on team processes to optimize performance and drive results
  • Conducting regular account reviews to set achievable goals and assess performance across accounts

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a highly personable, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a proven track record in account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, relationship-based sales, or similar roles
  • Previous people management responsibilities for a team of 3+
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships
  • A strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Interest in data and more quantitative problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A positive attitude and team-based mentality; excellent collaboration skills
  • Comfortability in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $160,000/year - $280,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. For Colorado, the salary range is $180,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what arenaflex may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
