Job Overview

As a Retail Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and showcasing arenaflex's latest products to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Generate Retail Sales: Use your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network and drive sales.

• Uncover Customer Needs: Create connections with customers, ask the right questions, and learn about their needs to provide personalized solutions.
• Position Product Insights: Offer customers product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close Sales: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop Yourself: Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Refine Your Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Work Experience: One or more years of work experience is preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to Additional Shifts: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Commission-Based Experience: Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience.
