Key Responsibilities

- Product Positioning: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution that meets their needs.
- Sales Closure: Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Ongoing Development: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Sales Refining: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Work Experience: One or more years of work experience is preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Additional Shifts: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Commission-Based Experience: Experience working in a commission-based environment is a plus.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions is highly valued.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience is also highly valued.
