The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers through live chat and social media channels. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Our clients come from a variety of industries, including e-commerce, finance, and healthcare, so you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and social media channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use provided documentation to answer common questions and escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or social media support environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
