About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and profitability at our Doral location. You will be expected to analyze our current performance, implement effective sales strategies, and train our front desk sales professionals to maximize performance. Your goal will be to expand our reach and client base while strengthening guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Train front desk sales professionals to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Generate spa leads/clientele through prospecting, marketing, and lead generation efforts
• Motivate the entire team to maximize opportunities
• Drive sales numbers
• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes sales/growth and positive customer ratings
• Analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 to 4 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• A flexible schedule, including weekends
• A passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services
• Strong, clear communication skills
• Full bilingual in Spanish and English
