About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, you will be the face of our cargo operations, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. This is an entry-level customer service specialist position that comes with mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders to help you advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure the smooth operation of cargo services.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Lift instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety clothing.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in cargo handling and warehouse operations.
- Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in multiple software applications.
