About arenaflex and the Role

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with travel agency accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned travel agency accounts to promote and sell arenaflex products and services.
  • Identify, prospect, evaluate, and initiate new travel agency business opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls with key account contacts to deliver product and service updates, sales-related opportunities, and review account performance.
  • Propose and execute partnership arrangements, ensuring mutual benefit and profit for arenaflex and partner agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans, including marketing and co-op advertising plans for key accounts.
  • Manage time and territory effectively to maximize sales productivity.
  • Evaluate clients' business needs, assess performance, and initiate strategic proposals for growth and development.

Essential Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in travel industry sales or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs, policies, procedures, and reservation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, gather data, and reach sound conclusions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
