The Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers in the Hong Kong market. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process, from application to activation. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through daily interactions with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process new and existing customer applications, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Analyze customer information, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Take on-job-training (OJT) support role for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including response times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven experience in delivering "above and beyond" customer service, with a strong understanding of core Relationship Care principles.
  • Effective and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both read, verbal, and written).
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, including Malaysia Public Holidays.
