Customer Service Associate – arenaflex Store

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Operations:
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Store Maintenance:
+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised. + Take inventory and maintain records. + Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
Asset Protection:
+ Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. + Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
Visual Merchandising:
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed.
Photo Services:
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
Web Pick-up:
+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus. + Fill orders (pick items). + Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
Store Maintenance:
+ Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.

Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
