The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer chats, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

• Handle customer chats, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in chat software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
