Role Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat, email, and phone support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide empathetic, efficient, and personalized support to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with colleagues to resolve issues, answer questions, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
