Job Responsibilities:

As an arenaflex Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support: Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ticketing System: Log results in our ticketing system, escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our shared goals.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
• Technical Support Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support, call center, or help desk environments is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and systems is essential.
