Your Core Responsibilities As a chat support agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to live customer chat inquiries quickly and clearly, using a browser-based dashboard to manage multiple chats simultaneously. - Assisting customers with common questions about orders, product information, tracking, and subscriptions, using built-in templates and workflows to resolve most issues. - Escalating billing or technical problems through internal support ticketing, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. - Accurately summarizing each conversation for quality assurance tracking, helping us to continuously improve our support processes. - Maintaining calm, helpful communication, even when handling multiple chats, to ensure that customers receive exceptional support. You'll use an internal dashboard to select shift blocks weekly, with options for mornings, nights, weekends, and mid-day hours. You can change your schedule each week based on your availability. Training Timeline Our comprehensive training program includes: - 2 hours of video onboarding content to get you started. - 3 simulated chats with team feedback to help you build your skills. - First live shift observed and scored by QA to ensure you're ready to go. - Most agents start within 3 business days of being accepted. Example Shift Flow Here's an example of what a typical shift might look like: - You select a 7 PM–11 PM shift. - A customer needs to cancel an order—you confirm it's still within the window and process it. - Next, someone wants help applying a discount code—you provide the steps and confirm checkout. - You handle 5–6 chats per hour, wrap up at 11 PM, and log your results. - No calls, no meetings—just clear, paid productivity.
