Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries via live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
