Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email. You'll work closely with our operations, finance, and product teams to resolve customer issues, provide product recommendations, and offer feedback on our customer service processes. Responsibilities
* Communicate in-depth knowledge of all arenaflex products to customers, helping them choose the most suitable products and place orders
- Provide high-level customer service, responding to service inquiries, and following up on customer interactions
- Coordinate with other functions (operations, finance, product) to resolve ongoing issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and arenaflex products and services
- Collaborate with the customer service team to develop and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong customer satisfaction focus skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Fluency in English, with bilingual capabilities a plus
- Hardworking and detail-oriented, with a young, dynamic, and creative mindset
- Always curious and always learning, with a desire to grow and develop in your role
