What You'll Be Doing

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to customers via websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, effectively, and with a smile. You'll be working with a variety of customers, from existing clients to potential new customers, and will be expected to handle a range of support questions, from product information to sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media platforms

  • Provide accurate, timely, and helpful support to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company news to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media channels
  • Experience working with a variety of customers, including those with diverse needs and preferences
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services an asset
